Monfarina
The name Monfarina takes its inspiration from a traditional Piedmontese dance.
Grape: Jacquère
Source: Grown on the marl and limestone outcrops of Mount Granier.
Flavour: This pale yellow wine evokes the intense aroma of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and litchi combined with the mineral quality of citrus and blackcurrant, with a rounded flavour that lingers on the palate.
Food–wine pairing: Goes well with fish and seafood dishes.
