Ageing process: Aged on the lees until bottling
Region: On the banks of Lake Saint André, the vineyard is tucked between the largest rocks on the slopes of Mount Granier.
Flavour: Mineral, expressive and fruity nose, its initial lemony flavour becomes intense, full and lingering with hintss of bergamot, pineapple and elderflower.
Food–wine pairing: Especially delicious at an altitude of 2000m and above
Conservation: 5–10 years
