Region: Clay and limestone foothills of Mount Granier.
Flavour: Evoking mature, almost jammy, dark berry fruits, a full-bodied flavour that lingers on the palate.
Food–wine pairing: Grilled meats and sauce-based dishes, and cheeses. Recipe suggestion: sausage baked in a brioche pastry, accompanied by a rocket salad dressed with a touch of balsamic vinegar.
